I’ve never been entirely comfortable with the label “designer.” Not because I don’t value design—but because the label can quickly become a limitation.
When we define ourselves too narrowly, we risk designing for the role, not for the outcome. We start shaping work to fit expectations, not to solve real problems.
What I care about is building things that work. Creating clarity. Enabling momentum. Sometimes that looks like product design. Sometimes it’s strategy, systems thinking, storytelling—or all of the above.
Design is one of the tools. But the goal is always to make something useful, meaningful, and honest. Something that couldn’t have existed without being deeply thought through and well put together.

OmniSci Labs is the venture studio of bp, dedicated to developing innovative solutions that drive their transformation toward a greener future, and diversify their revenue streams beyond hydrocarbons.
This was a multi-faceted, player-coach role, requiring hands-on design work, as well as product and design leadership within individual project teams and the wider Venture Studio.

Digital healthcare for men. Numan is an online platform that gives men direct access to medical professionals, pharmaceutical products and the knowledge to make informed decisions about their health.
As a founding Product Designer, I built the foundations of the design discipline, fostered a customer feedback culture, and collaborated across teams to establish strategic alignment and drive growth.

Taking my wealth of experience in digital loyalty programs from Yoyo, I shared knowledge and shaped the strategy and experience of Revolut’s new Offers & Rewards features.
Ultimately, I decided to transition out of the role early due to cultural differences, choosing to seek an environment more aligned with my values and working style.

Yoyo’s platform captures payment, tokenises the user’s identity, and builds an omnichannel customer profile, enabling retailers to deliver truly personalised customer experiences.
I oversaw the inception of the design function, through to leading a team of 8 multi-disciplined designers; creating impactful solutions for 5M+ Monthly Active Users and some of the world’s biggest brands.
