I oversaw the inception of the design function, through to leading a team of 8 multi-disciplined designers; creating impactful solutions for 5M+ Monthly Active Users and some of the world’s biggest brands.

Led the redesign of the Yoyo app and retailer tools - taking a substantial step towards product-market fit - seeing an increase in our user base from 200k to 2.4m.
